Temporary road closure order – Wigton Road, Silloth – 6 September 2022
A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Cumbria Highways to carry out drainage and carriageway surfacing works which are expected to commence 6th September 2022 and anticipated to take 11 days to complete.

Location: The B5302, Wigton Road, Silloth, from a point approx. 705 metres east of its junction with Criffel Street, extending in a south easterly direction for approx. 1.2 kilometres.
Alternative Route: via the unrestricted sections of the B5302, the A596, B5301 Aspatria to Silloth, B5300, Eden Street, and Criffel Street. A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
